Targeted Solution
Our body is not made up of only muscles and bones.
Every organ, every tissue, and every cell is connected to each other by an invisible network of communication. This network has been known for thousands of years in Eastern cultures as meridians. Special points located on the meridians play a key role in both the physical and inner balance of the body.
Acupressure Massage is a special practice that combines pressure and rhythmic touch techniques targeting these points with modern massage methods. The aim is to relax the muscles, increase circulation, ensure the flexibility of the tissues, and activate the body’s own healing process.
With the two-month training I received in Hanoi, Vietnam, and years of experience, I combine this ancient wisdom with modern techniques.
My goal is to restore both your physical and energy balance.
The Difference of the Massage
In Acupressure Massage, I combine the effects of massage that relax the muscles and increase circulation with a careful and attentive approach to the body’s special points.
These points are usually areas where pain, tension, stiffness, movement limitation, or sensitivity are intense.
With the correct technique and direction, targeting these areas provides relaxation.
Who Is It For?

- Increases the range of motion in the joints
- Improves sleep quality, facilitates transition to deep and restorative sleep
- Helps reduce panic attacks, anxiety, and feelings of restlessness

In short — for anyone who wants to renew themselves both physically and mentally.
Session Flow
Short Preliminary Talk → Preparation and Warm-up → Target Point Work → Energy and Circulation Regulation → Post-Session Recommendations
After the Session
After each session, in order for the relaxing effect of the application to continue in daily life, I share some lifestyle ideas that may generally be beneficial.
These may include natural food supplements that some people prefer during the relaxation process, color or scent options that can provide freshness, or short periods of movement and stretching habits during the day.
The aim is to carry the good feeling that started with the session into the rest of the day and into life in general.
Note: This massage application is not intended for treatment; it is a practice focused on relaxation, loosening, and awareness.
Meridians: The Invisible Energy Pathways of Your Body
Your body is not made up of only muscles, bones, and organs.
There is an invisible network of energy that gives life to every cell in you and keeps you standing.
This network has been known for thousands of years in Eastern medicine as “meridians.”
Meridians, just like water flowing from rivers to the sea, circulate life energy (Qi/Chi) throughout your entire body.
My work is to understand these pathways not only by reading from books, but through years of experience and practice.
In Turkey, according to regulations, applications such as acupuncture can only be performed by doctors;
as a licensed and certified massage therapist, I integrate this ancient knowledge into my massage techniques within the legal framework.
Thus, the massage becomes not just a process that relaxes your muscles, but a holistic experience that touches the energy map of your body.
What Is the Meridian System?
The meridian system is the energy anatomy of our body.
The 12 main meridians, along with 2 extra meridians that support them, create invisible bridges between all your organs, tissues, and emotions.
If the energy flowing through these lines is balanced:
You feel vigorous, clear, and harmonious.
Your organs work in harmony, and your emotions remain balanced.
However, if the energy flow becomes blocked or weakened at some point:
Physical pain, fatigue, digestive or sleep problems,
Unexplained stress, restlessness, loss of motivation
start to appear.
At this point, a massage supported by meridian knowledge creates a real space for healing by working both on the muscle tissue and the energy flow at the same time.

Organ Clock System: The 24-Hour Dance of Energy
According to Eastern medicine, your life energy (Qi) circulates between the meridians in a specific rhythm, just like the sun rises and sets.
Each meridian reaches its highest energy within a two-hour period of the day. During these hours, that organ’s activity is at its peak.
Likewise, 12 hours later, its energy reaches its lowest level.
This cycle has a decisive effect on both your physical health and your emotional state.
Knowing the natural rhythm of the body is the key to correctly arranging both your daily life and the timing of therapy/massage.
What Is the Purpose of the Organ Clock?
- Daily life planning: For example, if you wake up between 03:00–05:00, which is the lung time, there may be things you find hard to let go of emotionally.
- Therapy timing: Energy work and massage performed at the organ’s peak time can be more effective.
- Emotional awareness: Each organ has an emotional shadow. Emotions felt intensely during these hours give clues about the balance of that meridian.
Element Cycle (Wu Xing): The Common Language of Nature and the Body
Eastern medicine sees the human body as part of nature.
The flow of energy in our body has a rhythm as natural as the seasons, winds, rains, and the earth itself.
This rhythm is explained by the Five Element Theory: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.
Each element is connected to certain organs, emotions, seasons, and even phases of the life cycle.
Balance among the elements is the foundation of both physical and spiritual health.
- Wood Element (Spring – Birth)
Organs: Liver (Yin), Gallbladder (Yang)
Function: Growth, expansion, planning
Emotion: Anger (in balance — vision and courage)
Season: Spring
Color: Green
Connection: Just like a tree sprouting in spring, the Wood element carries the energy of new beginnings in our body. The Liver plans, the Gallbladder decides. - Fire Element (Summer – Peak)
Organs: Heart (Yin), Small Intestine (Yang), Pericardium (Yin), Triple Heater (Yang)
Function: Joy, communication, circulation
Emotion: Restlessness when excessive, joy when in balance
Season: Summer
Color: Red
Connection: The Fire element is the period when life energy is at its brightest. Communication, warm relationships, and an open heart are signs of this period. - Earth Element (Late Summer – Balance)
Organs: Spleen/Pancreas (Yin), Stomach (Yang)
Function: Nourishment, digestion, grounding
Emotion: Worry (in balance — peace and confidence)
Season: Late summer / seasonal transitions
Color: Yellow
Connection: The Earth element is the middle of life. In balance, it gives confidence; in imbalance, it creates anxiety and a feeling of heaviness. - Metal Element (Autumn – Harvest)
Organs: Lungs (Yin), Large Intestine (Yang)
Function: Purification, letting go, immunity
Emotion: Sadness (in balance — acceptance)
Season: Autumn
Color: White / Silver
Connection: The Metal element is like harvest time. It teaches us to let go of what we no longer need and to prepare for winter. - Water Element (Winter – Rest)
Organs: Kidneys (Yin), Bladder (Yang)
Function: Energy storage, reproduction, bone health
Emotion: Fear (in balance — courage)
Season: Winter
Color: Black / Dark Blue
Connection: The Water element is the root of life. Just as nature rests in winter, the body stores energy.
Relationships Between the Elements
Generating Cycle: Wood → Fire → Earth → Metal → Water → Wood
Controlling Cycle: Wood → Earth → Water → Fire → Metal → Wood
Through these relationships, when one element is in excess or deficient, the others are also affected.
For example, if the Liver (Wood) is out of balance, the Gallbladder will also be affected; this can put pressure on the Stomach/Spleen (Earth).
Acupressure Points and Massage Integration
Acupressure is a rhythmic pressure technique applied with the fingers, palm, or elbow to specific points located along the meridians.
These points are like “gates” where the flow of energy intersects or concentrates.
When the correct point, correct pressure, and correct duration are applied, both energy and muscle–tissue relaxation can be achieved.
Within legal boundaries, I integrate the location knowledge and functions of these points into the massage flow.
In this way, the massage not only relaxes the muscles but also serves to balance the energy circulation.
Some Effective Acupressure Points (For Informational Purposes)
Note: The use of these points is not intended for medical treatment and may be considered as part of massage and relaxation applications.
LI4 – Hegu (“Joining Valleys”)
Meridian: Large Intestine
Location: The fleshy area between the thumb and index finger

LV3 – Taichong (“Great Passage”)
Meridian: Liver
Location: The joint area between the bones of the big toe and second toe
Effect: Stress, anger, muscle tension, general energy flow
Massage Integration: Deep relaxation point during leg and foot massage.
ST36 – Zusanli (“Three Leg Miles”)
Meridian: Stomach
Location: Four fingers below the kneecap, on the side of the shinbone
Effect: Energy boosting, immune strengthening, digestion support
Massage Integration: Circulation-boosting stop during leg massage.
SP6 – Sanyinjiao (“Three Yin Intersection”)
Meridians: Spleen, Liver, Kidney
Location: Four fingers above the ankle, inner side of the leg
Effect: Hormonal balance, digestion, relaxation
Massage Integration: Calming finishing point during lower leg–foot massage.
Combining Massage Flow and Acupressure
Preparation: First, classical massage techniques are applied to relax the muscle tissue.
Point Work: Pressure with fingers or palms is added to the selected acupressure points in the direction of the meridian flow.
Energy Direction: The massage is completed by following the direction of the energy flow.
Closing: The application is concluded with light touches and breath synchronization.
Thanks to this method, the massage turns into an experience that relaxes the body not from the surface, but from the inside out.
Awareness and a Holistic Approach
Body, mind, and spirit…
These are not separate parts, but different instruments of the same orchestra.
When the sound of one is disrupted, the whole melody is affected.
My approach is built on inviting this orchestra to play in harmony again.
In my sessions, I do not only relax the muscles;
I blend the essence of ancient knowledge with modern touches to open your energy pathways, deepen your breath, calm your mind, and balance your emotions.
Sometimes I apply special techniques that awaken the body, sometimes ones that clear the mind, and sometimes ones that lighten the spirit.
The goal is to start renewal both from the inside and from the outside at the same time.
Each session aims to:
- Soften muscle tissue,
- Balance blood and energy flow,
- Clarify the mind,
- Lighten emotional loads,
- And help the person rediscover their own body.
This is not just a “massage”;
it is an experience of reconnecting with the body, the mind, and the self.
Why Is It Different?
In the world, work of this depth is usually offered only in special centers and at high prices.
I, however, present my years of accumulated knowledge, the essence of methods I have acquired from different cultures, and my personal experience in Turkey, within the legal framework, safely, and in an accessible way.
Each session is designed specifically for the individual:
- Some sessions proceed with a calm flow that clears the mind.
- In others, more dynamic techniques that stimulate energy circulation come to the forefront.
- And always, holistic health and awareness form the foundation.
Personal Life Guide After Massage
When you work with me, the session does not end with the massage.
At the end of the session, I create a mini plan that can be applied according to your body’s energy map.
This plan consists of small, highly effective steps that can be easily integrated into your daily life.
Sometimes it is adding the right color into your life,
sometimes including a certain scent in your environment,
and sometimes strengthening your sense of direction with small and achievable goals.
Not long lists, but clear, applicable, and personalized 3–5 steps.
The goal is to make the balance and renewal process that started in the massage permanent in your life.
Final Step: Bringing It to Life Through Touch
I bring all this knowledge, experience, and intuition to life in my sessions with a soft yet deep touch.
As the muscles relax, the energy pathways open; as the breath deepens, the mind calms.
And you finish the session not only relaxed but also renewed.
